P&J Hotel HMO Renovation

The Client

We have been working with P&J Hotel for the last 4 years and have a strong client/customer relationship. They were looking at building an HMO facility next to the hotel. We were instructed to do the fire alarm, emergency lighting, extinguishers and CCTV installation.

We worked alongside Electricians to create cost savings for the client. The electrician ran cables in on the first fix for the client to our drawings and design.

We saved them an estimated £1250.

How did we achieve the savings?

Savings were achieved by working with the site electrician to run cables in at first fix. We then did the second of the fire alarm, extinguishers, safety signs and CCTV with our one-stop engineer saving on different companies coming in to do different disciplines.

They will now benefit from having all the maintenance contracts under one roof providing further future savings.
